Saree is a beautiful attire, we all agree on it, right? But after a certain period of time, when you have draped it many times, you feel it gets a bit boring to repeat it. And also, you need to keep your fashion game on point. So, what to do when such a question arises? Simple, recycle it!

1. Use it as a Dupatta to flaunt

A good old Banaras saree or a pretty well embroidered saree is always close to our heart. But after it gets old, you need to remove it from your wardrobe. But wait, do you need to do that ?

There might be a few sarees that would have become faded or gotten torn over the years, even though they’ve been hiding in a wardrobe. The easy solution is to pick out the pallu or the embroidered part and to create dupattas that could easily match up to the styling game. Planning a heavy look even in the simplest of salwar suits, this style would make all go crazy for the rich selection you make with attires. A simple salwar with heavy bordered work is always a thumbs up!

2. A beautiful Lehenga

Is your old, beautiful saree too hard to be worn at functions due to the large work it has? Why don’t you convert it into a beautiful lehenga? And as to go by the trend, you can wear a simple crop top or even a crop white shirt with it to ace the look. You can as a tailor to make the lehenga that you wish to out of the beautiful saree you choose! and if possible you can also design a simple and plain top for it to complete the look.

You can pair this with a good light dupatta and you are good to go on any weeding/festive parties. This is subtle yet beautiful.

5. Simple skirts

Simple skirts, especially the flared ones are very beautiful when it comes to any functions. If the saree that you want to recycle is very simple in nature then you can try making it into a well-flared skirt. As the top, you can go for a simple crop top or a cute little puffy top.
