5 Detox Drinks with Yoga

Are you trying to lose weight? And are you clueless about what drinks to take with the regular yoga or normal workout sessions? Detox drinks might help you with this! They cleanse your inner systems. Detox drinks help to remove the toxins and clean the digestive system. So let’s check out some very simple detox drinks.

1. Cucumber-mint drink

Cucumber is known for its soothing properties. Isn’t it? Mint has been in use to treat a bad stomach for years. So when these two are combined, a very super healthy drink is the result!

RECIPE- Mix a handful of mint leaves to a blender. Along with it, add some slices of cucumber. Wash the cucumbers well. Also, peel and cut them in slices. Pour a glass of water into it. Add black salt if you want to. Then blend all this and strain it. Afterwards, discard the pulp to get the drink. Then, serve your drink with some ice cubes!

2. Ginger Drink

Ginger is popular for its health benefits for ages. It helps to clean our stomach. It can be used to weight loss too! When combined with honey, this tastes good!

RECIPE- Take a small piece of ginger. Then, peel it and cut it into small pieces. You can also grate it or paste it as per your choice. After that, a warm glass of water. Thus, add the ginger into it. But do not boil it or else you will need to wait for it to cool down to have it. After that, add some honey and enjoy your ginger detox!

3. Green Tea drink

Green tea is one of the famous sources of antioxidants. Even though the taste is a bit disappointing, when it is mixed with a proper partner, it can be quite good. Thus, this detox drink has green tea, lemon juice and fennel seeds in it!

RECIPE- Firstly, boil glass or two of water. Then squeeze some lemon into it. After that, add some fennel seeds into it. Let it sit for an hour. Then you shall see the fennel seeds swelling a bit. Transfer it into a glass and have it! If you want, you can have it with a few drops of honey in it.

4. Apple cider vinegar

Apple cider vinegar is a popular ingredient in many detox drinks. It can help in boosting our immunity and can help in building better health! Drink your apple cider vinegar drink first thing in the morning or right before a meal. Taken before a meal, the vinegar drink can help you feel full faster, which can aid in weight loss.

RECIPE- Mix a glass of water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in it. To this, add some honey or maple syrup as you wish. This simple detox can work miracle in helping you lose weight!

5. Cumin drink

Cumin is known for its healthy benefits. It is quite popular among the people who are truing to get fitter and slimmer. Cumin seeds have great properties to help you lose the stubborn fat!

RECIPE- Firstly, boil glass or two of water. When the water starts to boil, add a table spoon of cumin seeds into it. The, allow it to be there for about 5-10 minutes. After that, cool it a bit and have it on an empty stomach. You can add green tea leaves, honey or lemon juice into it as per your taste. This is a great detox.
